3. Claim Review. A dedicated property adjuster will contact you and guide you through the claims process. Please be available and ready to provide details in our investigation to expedite your claim.
   
   
4. Claim Decision.
   1. Estimates. Your adjuster will review the estimate with you, provide you with repair cost details, including any deductibles or out-of-pocket expenses owed.
   2. Payment. Payment will be made via check.
