This Contest is open only to those who complete all entry requirements between August 5, 2024 at 12:01am (HST) and October 30, 2024 at 11:59pm (HST), and who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. One hundred winners will be awarded a FICOH light-up bracelet. The Contest is only open to legal residents of The State of Hawaii, and is void where prohibited by law.
